Cancellation Policy

Booking & Service Policy Appointments are required for all detailing and oil change services. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready at the scheduled time. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee and may require a deposit for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. Vehicle Condition Vehicles should be cleared of personal items prior to service. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time or charges, which will be discussed before service begins. Oil Change Services Oil change pricing includes standard oil and filter unless otherwise stated. Additional fees may apply for specialty oil, oversized vehicles, or non-standard filters. Discounts & Promotions Discounts, including the Birthday Month 20% Off, are valid only during the customer’s birthday month, require valid ID, and cannot be combined with other offers. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or stop service due to unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, or inaccessible vehicles.
